For our client, a chain of well-known cafes located on US military bases in Germany, we are looking for candidates for the position of cafe worker

Location: Germany (e.g. Spangdahlem, Ramstein-Misenbach, Grafenwohr)

We offer:

- German employment contract

- Hourly rate of EUR 14.00 – 14.50 gross (depending on your experience)

- Paid training program lasting 2 weeks for Barista and 3 weeks for Senior Barista

- 1 free drink every 4 hours

- Work clothes (hat, apron)

- 40 hours/ per week

- Work from Monday to Sunday

- Flexible work (shifts from 6:00 to 20:00)

- 4 weeks paid vacation

- 1 hour paid break

Tasks:

- Accurate order taking

- Service cash register

- Preparing coffee/drinks

- Cash settlement

- Receiving deliveries and placing products in the right place

- Cleaning the store

- Opening and closing the store

- Performing assigned tasks

Requirements:

- Counting skills

- Good knowledge of English

- Driving license. B + car

- Own accommodation

- Experience as a barista or in establishments like cafes, restaurants, bars, or fast-food outlets is welcome

- Knowledge of German is not required - but it will be an additional advantage

- Personal culture and good attitude towards the customer
