As a member of our Client's Player Support team you are going to provide AWESOME game support to all players their gaming community using support tools. You will engage with our Client's players in offline conversations, in-app chat and voice and provide feedback to our Client's team in Finland. You will be an ambassador of a brand and the first point of contact for players. You will be in charge of the players’ issues until a resolution has been identified. The role requires customer service experience and a passion for the client’s brand and for delivering a world class customer experience to the gaming community.
Missions: • Provides excellent customer service and technical support to gamers via email in Persian/Farsi and English. • Provides a positive customer experience through, efficient, friendly, high quality response • Fields customer inquiries across all support channels: - Member Services - In-Game Support - Technical Support • Completes translations from English to required language for standard texts and templates. • Maintains a good working knowledge of games, services and mobile devices technical support. • Assists with knowledgebase maintenance, FAQ review, and pre-formatted responses. • Takes part in, and encourages active participation in team discussion activities. Essential Criteria: • Must have right to work in EU or refugee status • Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for online and mobile gaming • Native speaker level in Persian/Farsi • Fluency in written and spoken English • Specialist Expertise - Demonstrates expertise with internet, internet application, iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices, mobile gaming; Good understanding of MS Windows and MS Office or equivalents • Working with Others - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills; Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations • Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Good reasoning and analytical skills • Planning & Organising - Good multi-tasking and typing skills • Creativity - Ability to think out of the box to amaze players and teammates
Preferential Criteria: • Fluency in additional support language(s) • Passion for games • Customer Focus - 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment
