Our client is an exclusive representative of financial software for the Bulgarian market. The company has gained reputation as leading supplier of software solutions for investment intermediaries, banks, brokerage houses, pension and insurance companies. The company now is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager.
OBJECTIVE:
A specialist responsible for preparing quotations for the companies belonging to the existing and prospective customer base of the company, following closely the performance of the contracts and keeping in touch with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Following closely the market position and financial situation of the existing and potential Clients.
•Actively building and developing relationships – both in person and in writing – with the Clients, and creating efficient network of contacts and in order to get to know and understand their business.
•Collecting the – direct or indirect – Client feedbacks in connection with the products and services of the company.
•Ensuring customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
•Executing the Sales strategy and the objectives and plans set for the year within the customer base, and to create and collect the potential sales opportunities by clients.
•Preparing price quotations based on company regulations.
•Preparing detailed annual and quarterly sales plan and monthly action plan.
•Introduce new/existing products with demonstrations.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
•He must gather up-to-date information about the activities of the company that are under progress or have been completed at the Client.
•He shall prepare proposals for the Clients
•He shall discuss the availability of the required resources with the Project Manager.
•He shall discuss the feedbacks, observations and corrections of Client with the concerned parties as per the following:
•He shall discuss the modifications regarding the professional and technical content of the contract with the Senior Expert participating in the preparation of the quotation,
•He shall discuss the modifications regarding the remuneration specified in the contract and the schedule of the payments with the General Manager,
•He shall discuss the modifications regarding the preliminary schedule with the Project Manager participating in the preparation of the quotation,
•He shall discuss the modifications regarding the context, wording and legal conditions of the contract with the Lawyer.
•He has to have the client satisfaction survey completed together with the contact person of Client with the frequency specified by General Manager.
REPORTING OBLIGATION:
He must inform the General Manager about the market position and financial situation of the Clients, the appearance of any possible client risk and the status of the proposals.
Annual and quarterly report.
He shall send the draft contract to the Client.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Good awareness and knowledge of stock and financial market.
•Ability to start by self without exact guidance, and highly driven sales expert.
•Takes initiative to grow the company.
•Long term interest in the financial market.
•Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets.
•Professional approach to team and client relationships.
•English spoken
•Proved experience in the financial market
