HR MANAGER FOR ROUSSE

Main requirements:

- Minimum two years working experience on a similar position.
- University degree (Economical is preferable).
- Knowledge of payroll and personnel management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English – both writing and speaking, second language will be consider as a plus.
- Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Organization and coordination of administrative work.
- Abilities to manage with the employees inquiries.
- Develops and implement system of evaluation.
- Develops pay scale for employees and bonuses.
- Designs systems of motivation.
- Will and possibility to live and work in Rousse
